Crolla Sistemi · since 1963

Everything that needs to communicate. We design, install, support.

Our approach

Voice, data, video, sound, radio. Five signals, one single point of contact.

Today, communicating means getting different systems to work together: voice, data, video, sound and radio. Different technologies that increasingly need to operate within a single infrastructure.

That's where we come in. We start with a site survey, design the solution, install it with our own teams, and keep following it over time. One single point of contact, from design to support.

It's a way of working we've carried on since 1963, evolving alongside the technologies we use.

What we do

Five signals

We've grouped our services by signal type, not by product. Explore the five signals and discover the solutions each one covers: often, more than one signal works together on the same project.

Telephony that adapts to the way you work

Cloud-based or on-premise phone systems, VoIP and traditional lines, phones and softphones: we design telephony systems that are flexible and easy to use, designed to make business communications accessible where needed and easy to manage.

  • Cloud phone systemNo on-site hardware, grows with your business
  • Phone system on a virtual machineUses the IT infrastructure your business already has
  • Dedicated on-site systemWhen your data needs to stay in-house
  • VoIP and traditional linesActivation, number porting, numbering
  • Phones and headsetsDesk phones, DECT cordless handsets, softphones on PC and mobile

About us

Over sixty years of technology, evolution and continuity.

We started out in 1963 selling and repairing radios, televisions and household appliances. In the 1980s, we moved into professional radio communications. Over the years came mobile radio, telephony, data networks, video surveillance, VoIP and cloud technologies.

Technical support

When something stops working, there's just one number to call

Most faults can be diagnosed and fixed remotely, often during the very first contact. When an on-site visit is needed, our own technical team takes care of it directly.

Before calling us, try these two steps

  • 01
    Restart the router / modem
Switch it off, wait 30 seconds, switch it back on. Wait for the lights to go steady again.
  • 02
    Check the lights
If the line light (DSL / Internet) is flashing or red, let us know: it's useful information.
  • 03
Is it just one device, or all of them?
If it's just one PC that's affected, try another device: it narrows the problem down straight away.
How it works

When there's a disruption in an area, we post it here in real time: so you can skip the phone call and know straight away that we're already on it.

Still not working after these checks? Call us: it's the fastest way to let us know what's going on.
